Whether you're just getting started or an experienced lifter wanting to optimize your exercise routine, I'll develop a full strength training program tailored to your needs. I take into account your fitness goals, exercise history, problematic pains and ease your fears of injuries. Make fitness an integral part of your life, with ease.


Nutrition is key to seeing sustainable results, but hey, you should still enjoy your favourite foods! I craft customised plans based on your goals, needs and dietary habits. Feel free to indulge in an occasional slice of pizza and enjoy the pleasures of life while achieving your fitness goals - remember that we're in it for the long run!
